On December 16, 2012, His Grace Michael, Bishop of New York and the Diocese of New York and New Jersey elevated Fr. Stephen Evanina (STOTS 2000), pastor of Holy Assumption Orthodox Church in Clifton, NJ, to the dignity of archpriest.

This in recognition of the Father Stephen’s years of faithful service to God’s Holy Church and in appreciation of his work not only on behalf of St. Tikhon’s but also for his tireless efforts for those entrusted to his care.
