We warmly invite you to join us for the 2025 Founder’s Day Lecture at St. Tikhon’s Seminary.
This year’s lecture, part of The Great Leaders Series, will be presented by Matushka Tamara Skvir, the granddaughter of Metropolitan Leonty (1876–1965), who was one of the great hierarchs and guiding shepherds of the Orthodox Church in America. The lecture will take place on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Convocation Hall at St. Tikhon’s Seminary. No registration is required!
Matushka Tamara will draw on her unique perspective and family memories to share personal stories and reflections on Metropolitan Leonty’s life, witness, and service. She will reflect on the enduring legacy her grandfather left for the Orthodox Church in America and generations of seminarians.
We hope you will join us in person for this special evening of learning and fellowship as we honor Metropolitan Leonty’s legacy and give thanks for All the Good God is doing at St. Tikhon's.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more, please contact us at info@stots.edu. Please note: The lecture will be recorded but will not be live-streamed.
