On Thursday, February 14, the monastery and seminary communities, and the Diocesan Council of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania gathered for a joint lunch in honor of His Grace, Bishop TIKHON's 4th Anniversary of his Consecration to the Sacred Episcopate.
