The Annual Alumni Picnic was held on Thursday September 6, 2012.

A very special thanks to Fr. Theodore Boback and the St. Tikhon's Alumni Association for providing the food and drinks for what has become one of the social highlights of the school year.

In celebration of our 75th Anniversary many of the alumni came prepared to share stories of their time at the seminary, others shared words of encouragement with the student body.

The last speaker of the evening Archpriest John Nehrebecki encouraged the students to focus on their time here. “Make it a point to develop relationships, because these are the relationships that will serve you the rest of your life.”

Also speaking as a member of the alumni association, His Grace Archbishop Tikhon cautioned the students to remember that as you grow do not be afraid to be yourself. “Who you are is what got you here. Do not try to be something you are not. Be yourself, while at the same time continue striving to become a better you than you were yesterday.”
