On Wednesday, February 15, 2012, His Beatitude Metropolitan Jonah spent some time visiting with the St. Tikhon’s Community. 

In his conversation with the student body he encouraged them to “...be diligent this lenten season and to enter into the Great Fast as fully as possible.” He added, “Continue to cultivate a spirit of watchfulness in your lives and to give glory to God for all that He has done with humility and appreciation.”
